Awa N'DIAYE was born in 1983 in Saboya, in eastern Senegal, and graduated from the National School of Fine Arts in Dakar in 2006. She works with ceramics and excels at painting.

Her works fuse geometric shapes with figurative elements, all in her own vibrant and colorful style. Her favorite themes are family, women, children, etc.

She has participated in several group exhibitions in Senegal and abroad.

Awa works in her studio in the Village des Arts in Dakar. A committed artist, she is very active in several women's artist groups and participates in educational activities for children and adults.
